Our client, a well established mid-sized Sheffield law firm, has an opportunity for a 1st Line Support Technician to join its team in Sheffield centre.

The position is in an existing IT team, working in the support department. This is a position that would suit a graduate or candidate with around a year or more experience looking to establish and further themselves in IT Support.

You would be dealing with a full range of IT tasks and troubleshooting to support the workings of the law firm. Our client uses third party software and is looking for someone who can work with service providers and communicate with these external providers to resolve problems.

The position also involves contact with the HR department on new staff as you will set up IT equipment and user accounts for these new people.

Our client, a terminal care charity, has an opportunity for a fundraiser to join its head office in Sheffield. You would be joining an established and thriving charity in Sheffield, which is now able to expand its existing fundraising team.

In this position you will support our client’s fundraising department by maintaining and managing our client’s data and database ensuring it is clean accurate and complaint with regulatory standards.

You will also extract data and provide reports, summaries and analyses to the team so that information can support evaluations and inform our client’s fundraising strategy.
This is a role that would suit logical and analytical candidate with experience in database administration and management. You will also need communication skills, respect for confidentiality and the ability to perform in a team.

Our client, a leading UK commercial law firm, seeks a tenacious and imaginative Business Analyst to join its Sheffield office. The successful applicant will join our client's niche motor claims and personal injury department.

The role and responsibilities include:

• Assisting experienced members of the team in the production of both regular and bespoke management information reports, and performance scorecards.
• Identifying the amount of time required to process activities in order to consistently meet the firm’s service levels.
• Supporting the Business Services Manager in carrying out analysis as required and investigating specific issues by analysing information from the firm's case handling system.
