Our client, one of the UK’s largest and most dynamic law firms, has an opportunity for an experienced communications specialist to join the communications team in either Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield.

You will be responsible for devising a new strategy for the whole law firm group across all media channels. You will also manage internal communications, control information distribution and implement your approach using existing channels and developing new means. To achieve this, you will be expected to build and maintain relationships board members and senior management.

Following implantation of your strategy, you will also devise means of measuring the effectiveness of your internal communications and manage the Internal Communications team.

This is a position that would suit someone with internal communications experience at a large organisation in professional or financial services. Writing skills are important to the position as is a familiarity with events management, change projects and project management. Experience managing an intranet, copywriting and using Photoshop would also be advantageous.

Business Development Manager

Our client, one of the UK’s biggest law firms, has an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join its team in London. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

You would be joining our client’s group sales and marketing department, part of an award-winning team in central London.

As a Business Development Manager in our client’s private wealth business, you will focus in the following areas of business: tax, trusts and estates and residential property. You will use your experience in BD to develop the kind of strategies our client needs to implement to increase revenue and bolster its value proposition.

You will work alongside lawyers and other professionals in the business in developing your strategies and you will need to be willing to travel as part of your role throughout our client’s national network.

This is a position that would favour an experienced BDM with a background in professional or financial services. You will be working in an established and dynamic law firm and will need to be able to generate the kind of strategies that fit in with and develop our client’s values and objectives.

Duties of the role include:

Collections Agent - Field Based

Our client, a leading UK law firm, has an opportunity for a Field Enquiry Representative to work in its contact department within its debt collection business stream.

You would be home based and required to work an area covering an allocated area (which may change according to workload) around the South East London area (postcode SE). Candidates must live in the SE postcode.

Previous experience in a similar field based role would be advantageous, however full training will be given.

The candidate needs to be a good communicator, numerate and have the ability to prioritise and coordinate their workload geographically.

This role will cover 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.00am and 9.00pm, and possibly some Saturday working.
