The successful candidate will run their own caseload. This will comprise a mix of fast track EL/PL and RTA claimant-side personal injury cases. You will handle files from instruction to completion and in the process will be expected to forge close relationships with your clients as well as outside agencies.

We are looking for applicants who have experience in handling fast track, Claimant Personal Injury work through all three stages of the MOJ portal process.

This is a role that will see you handle numerous files to strict deadlines. You will be working under pressure but as part of a professional and supportive team.
